I use Public Bank Visa Debit Card (Electron) which I just apply purposely for Paypal withdrawal. It took like 3 to 4 days the fund appear in our a/c. Quite fast I can say.

I just applied for Public Bank Debit card.. I think the process to get the card is within 2 weeks.. I hope to get my money soon.. hehehehe

just to update you guys...
tested on my Aeon Jusco Visa Credit Card and took less than a week for the transaction to cleared.

withdraw from paypal on April 19 and debit to my account on April 23.
man... i think paypal should lower down the fee in future...
but dont bother to call up Aeon customer service to check... they no nothing about paypal...
I've tried withdraw USD using Maybank visa debit card, it's works. Paypal charge USD5 for each transaction, daily withdrawal limit from Paypal account to Maybank is USD500. Means USD500 - USD5 = USD495 daily.
The withdrawal takes around 4-7days. Now I withdraw more than 3k USD.
