Another Tit-Bit...

It's hard to think of a word more charged with meaning—or meanings—than "life." Whether we're talking about when life begins or when it ends, the sanctity of life, or the danger of playing God, we all have an idea of what we mean when we talk about life. Yet, it often turns out, we actually mean different things. But it is very clear that the purpose of our life is to seek happiness.

2nd Visit Super Kitchen Chilly Pan Mee @ Dataran Sunway

Last month when I visited this restaurant, I did not try the their Special Chilly Pan Mee as I thought it will be too spicy and hot to my likings. But the boss explain to me that the Chilly Pan Mee is serve without chilly and we have to add the chilly ourselves from the bottle of chilly provided.

Me and my friend all ordered the Chilly Pan Mee. The Chilly Mee was really delicious. The noodles have a very nice texture and the the flavour was also very unique. I started eating without adding chilly.

For my next bite, I added some chilly and it made the dish even tastier and I start to begin to like it.

Antivirus XP 2008

This morning my home PC got infected by this virus called Antivirus XP 2008. I would like to share with my readers to be careful when you see this pop-up screen on your PC. Do not click on it as it is a Virus.

What this programs does:

Antivirus XP 2008 is a new rogue anti-spyware program that is advertised through Trojans and other malware.

It is advertised in the form of fake security alerts and warnings on web sites that state you are infected with malware or are being attacked in some manner. When you click on these ads, it will automatically download the installer for Antivirus XP 2008 and install it on your machine. In some cases, this program is installed without any intervention at all from you.

Once installed, Antivirus XP 2008 will scan your computer and display a variety of security risks found on your computer that can only be removed if you purchase a license of the software. These risks, though, are all fake and are only being displayed to scare you into thinking you are infected and thus purchase their software. Another tactic that Antivirus XP 2008, and the accompanied malware, uses is to change your desktop background to be a message stating you are infected, popups and fake alerts stating your computer is being attacked, and a fake Internet Explorer page that states Google has found your computer to be infected. All of these are further scare tactics and should be ignored.

BEWARE OF THIS VIRUS!!!◦

What a Blunder?

Last Saturday, we was supposed to watch The Dark Knight Showing @ 12.10pm (which I make a telephone booking) with my family at Sunway Pyramid but ended we did not get to watch the movie we are supposed to watch but instead we watched this movie.

What happened???? I booked the Dark Knight Movie showing @ 12.10am and I went to Sunway Pyramid to pick up my tickets at 11am before I head for the lunch.

After lunch, we went back to the cinema just in time for the movie and at the ticket checkpoint, we showed the ticket checker out ticket and he let us in. While inside, I spoked to another ticket checker and he asked me what movie we are watching. I told him Dark Knight and he looked surprise and told us Hall 7 was showing Wall-E which is ending soon. He then check with a piece of paper showing all the movie showing times and said the next Dark Night showing is 12.10am.
At that point of time, we realised that something is wrong and he called an officer from the Ticket Department to sort out the matter.

That gentleman was very helpful and told us it is not a problem. I then asked him what are the movie showing around the same time. He told me that X-Files will be showing at 12.20pm and asked us to sit five rows before the screen and to change to better siting position later.

It is our carelessness for not checking the Showing Time properly. 12.10am is Midnight and not noon. What a blunder?

Anyway, the X-Files Movie is not bad and worthy replacement.

SBread @ The Garden, MidValley

I was at Midvalley few week ago shopping at the Maybank Treat Fair. After lunch at the Food Court, we went to this new Bread shop at the Garden.

We went in to have a cup of coffee but the waitress manages to convince us to try some of their unique creations which she recommended. What is so special about their bread, they serve Charcoal Bread which others don't.

* Unique and Healthy choices…. Freshly Baked Daily
* Charcoal bread, consisting of Bamboo Charcoal, a popular health product in Japan, Korea and Taiwan…. blood circulation…. Has cleansing abilities and improvesTaste good too!
* Sesame bread… aromatic especially when toasted.
* Thick white bread… crispy on the outside and fluffly light on the inside

Restoran 52 @ Semenyih, Selangor

Since my sister & family were in town, we organised a lunch at this Restoran 52 @ Semenyih recommended by sister who stayed there. TV Series HoChiak featured this restaurant before so it must be good.

Photobucket
It is quite easy to locate but you must not look for any signboard as there is none except the No.52.
Photobucket
The restaurant is operating from a residential house and the car park was full when I arrived.
Photobucket
The entrance with the HoChiak logo affixed on the door.
Photobucket
The interior of the restaurant is pretty simple with aircond.
Photobucket
We took up a table for 16 people.

The foods serve here are good and reasonably priced. For the above 7 dishes for 16 pax, the bill came up to RM171.00 for foods and Char Wong chinese tea.

They serves many others nice dishes like Fresh Water Prwan Noodles, Haruan Soup with Yam, Black Vinegar with pork trotters, Shun Pun Ze, Char Yoke and many others. I shall try them whenever I visit my sister at Semenyih.
